Nicolas Kayser-Bril is a seasoned data-driven journalist and trainer with extensive experience in the field. Since September 2019, Nicolas has served as a Reporter at AlgorithmWatch. Additionally, Nicolas has operated nkb.fr as a data-driven journalist and trainer since June 2017. From October 2011 to May 2017, Nicolas held the role of CEO at Journalism++, a company focused on developing innovative, data-driven web applications. Prior to that, Nicolas was a Datajournalist at Owni.fr, where the datajournalism team was established. Educationally, Nicolas is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Regensburg and holds a Master’s degree in Media Economics from the University of East Anglia, along with a Master’s in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po Lille.
