Alexander Sozdatelev currently serves as Chief Business Officer at HarmonyCares since April 2023 and has been an Investment Professional at Rubicon Founders since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Alexander garnered extensive experience at McKinsey & Company from September 2010 to June 2021, achieving the position of Partner while also holding roles as Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, and Associate. Earlier in their career, Alexander worked at Kantar TNS from November 2001 to July 2008, serving as Production Director and Managing Director of the St. Petersburg office. Alexander holds an MBA in Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a BS in Social Science from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, completed in 2000.
