Sean Toland serves as President of Rubadue Wire Co., Inc. since 2005, providing strategic and P&L leadership for a manufacturer specializing in custom engineered wire and cable for the EV, Medical, and Industrial power supply markets. Under Sean's leadership, the business unit experienced a 75% revenue growth and doubled EBITDA by establishing a strong middle management team and executing a focused strategic plan. Previous roles include Vice President, where operations and sales functions were managed, and Vice President of Operations, where a tuck-in acquisition was successfully led. Sean's career began as Director of Operations, achieving a 50% increase in annual profitability, and has progressed through various managerial roles, consistently implementing lean programs and achieving significant operational improvements. Sean is also the Executive Vice President of Operations at Wire Experts Group since 2019, following the acquisition of Rubadue. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Colorado State University, along with completion of the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
