Cierra Michael, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in human resources and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ruan Transportation Management Systems since November 2021, Cierra has previously held roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Specialist within the same organization. Cierra also contributes as a Yoga Sculpt Instructor at Power Life since February 2020. Prior to these roles, Cierra worked at Allen Lund Company from October 2017 to November 2021, where responsibilities included Carrier Manager and Carrier Coordinator Intern. Cierra earned a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business, following a General Education degree from Waukee High School.
