Tom Scibisz is an experienced HR professional presently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources Air and Head HRBP at RUAG since May 2023. Alongside this role, Tom has been a Coach and Career Consultant at Der Leuchtfeuer Coach GmbH since June 2020. Previously, Tom held senior consulting positions, including Senior Consultant at xcg executive consulting group ag and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Vontobel. Additional experience includes leadership roles in Human Resources at Schroder Adveq, ABB Switzerland Ltd., and Man Investments, exhibiting expertise in HR strategy development, talent management, and change management.
