Sascha Rapaport has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Starting in 2001, Rapaport worked as a Business Consultant at Ernst & Young for a year before joining Federal Police fedpol as an Investigator and Money Laundering Expert from 2002 to 2007. Then, Rapaport served as a Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse in 2007 and later as the CFO and Head of Division Resources at Informatik Service Center ISC-EJPD from 2008 to 2011. Rapaport also held positions as the Head of ICT-Controlling, Procurement, and Service-Management at BKW AG from 2011 to 2014 and as the Head of ICT-Governance at BKW AG from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Rapaport worked as a Senior Manager in Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, Strategy, and Transformation at PwC Switzerland. From 2020 to 2023, Rapaport held the role of Senior Manager in Cyber Security & Privacy at eraneos Switzerland. Currently, Rapaport is working at RUAG as the Deputy Director of Strategic BD & KAM C5I, starting in 2023.

Sascha Rapaport has a diverse education history. They began by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Berner Fachhochschule BFH in 2003. Later, in 2005, they attended the Swiss Police Institute and obtained a degree in Police Officer, specializing in the administration and management of security services.

More recently, Sascha pursued a Master's Degree in Business Engineering at the University of St.Gallen from 2013 to 2014. In the same year, they also completed the Advanced Management Program at Santa Clara University, focusing on business, management, marketing, and related support services.

Sascha further expanded their education by studying at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2014, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Shanghai Management Explorer.

Additionally, in 2020, Sascha obtained the Scrum Master Certificate of Proficiency from Scrum.org.
