Roger Lötscher has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Roger currently serves as the Head of HR Operations & Digitalization at RUAG since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at swiss unihockey as a Member of the Central Board, responsible for Selections and Elite Sports from June 2018 onwards. From June 2019 to December 2022, they were the Head of HR Transformation at PostFinance AG. Additionally, they served as the Head of Training and Development at PostFinance AG from September 2014 to December 2019. Before joining PostFinance AG, Roger worked at SBB CFF FFS Informatik, where they held multiple positions such as Project and Management Information Area Manager, Application and Project Support Team Leader, and Head of Recruiting. Roger started their career at SBB CFF FFS as a Train Operations Dispatcher and later served as an Account Manager Assistant and Assistant to the IT Passenger Traffic Manager.

Roger Lötscher completed their education with the following degrees:

- In 2019-2020, they earned a CAS Transformation Manager degree from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.

- From 2008-2010, they obtained an Executive MBA degree specializing in Business/Operational economics from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur.

- Lastly, from 2004-2007, they received a Betriebswirtschafter HF degree in Business Administration from HFWbern.ch.
