Gitte Dige has a diverse and extensive work experience. Gitte started their career as a Research Assistant at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, where they analyzed and reported on US trade and international price levels. Gitte then worked as an Analyst and Product Development Manager at CA-IB Securities & Korona Investment Fund Co., where they developed multiple new investment fund products. Gitte later joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant, where they developed a new customer strategy for a major Thai retail bank, resulting in a significant increase in profitability. Gitte then served as an Associate Director of Corporate Strategy and Development at CEB, now Gartner, where they managed the development and launch of new products. Gitte also worked as the Director of Online Communities at Toolbox.com, managing community development and commercial support. Gitte became a self-employed Management and Business Development Consultant, assisting business owners and senior executives in expanding their businesses. Gitte then joined GRUNDFOS Holding A/S as the Business Development Director for the Industrial Market Segment, responsible for strategy formulation and implementation. Currently, Gitte is the Director of Business & Strategy Development at RTX A/S, where they are responsible for strategy formulation and corporate development in the global technology company.
Gitte Dige began their education at Frederikshavn Gymnasium from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued a mathematics-physics major. Gitte then attended Copenhagen Business School from 1990 to 1992, studying SPRØK (International Business), before transferring to George Mason University. At George Mason University, Gitte completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from 1993 to 1994. Later, they pursued further education at INSEAD, where they obtained their MBA degree in Strategy and International Business Development from 1999 to 2000.
