Jordan Nall is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in customer service and financial operations. Currently serving as Financial Account Representative II at RTS Financial since August 2021, Jordan has a strong track record in building customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and providing financial counseling. Previously, Jordan held roles at Commerce Bank as a Personal Banker and at Iowa State Bank - Algona as a Customer Service Representative, demonstrating an ability to manage customer accounts and conduct financial transactions efficiently. Jordan also brings a background in agriculture, having served as an Agriculture Extension Agent with the Peace Corps, where skills in training and community engagement were utilized. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences from Iowa State University, supplemented by a study abroad experience at Lancaster University.
