Robin Kelly has extensive experience in telecommunications and project management, currently serving as the Permitting Manager at RTS Associates, LLC. since June 2019. In this role, Robin specializes in drafting permit drawings and coordinating with various state, county, and city DOT offices for AT&T telecommunication facilities throughout Upstate South Carolina. Prior to this position, Robin worked at TELICS as an Administrative Coordinator/Designer, where responsibilities included designing telecommunication facility relocations for road improvement projects, and held various roles at Telford Aviation, Inc. from Senior Logistics Coordinator to Project Manager. Robin's career began with Kelly Services as a Temporary Employee, following service as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Army. Robin holds an Honors Diploma in General Studies from Northwest High School.
