Kim Phan is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of RTS, a company focused on improving the gaming and esports ecosystem. Prior to this role, Kim worked at 160over90 as a Senior Account Director, where Kim developed and executed gaming and esports marketing strategies for T-Mobile. Kim also has extensive experience at Blizzard Entertainment, where Kim held various roles such as Global Product Director, Sr. Manager of Global Esports, and Sr. Producer in Business Intelligence & Risk. Additionally, Kim worked as a Software Engineer at Garrett Electronics Inc. and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
