Joe Tan possesses extensive experience in the plastics manufacturing industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer at RTP Company since October 2016, Joe has previously held various technical roles, including Technical Account Manager and Technical Accounts Manager at O'Neil Color & Compounding/Primex Plastics from 2008 to the present. Prior positions include Technical Service Engineer at M. Holland Company, Applications Engineer at GLS Corporation, and Mechanical Design Engineer at Haumiller Engineering. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Plastics Manufacturing from Illinois State University, completed in 1994.
