Faith Murray BS, MS is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in desktop support, IT administration, and customer service. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Technician II at RTO National since September 2023, Faith has previously held roles such as Freelance Photographer, Information Technology Administrator at Tech-24, IT Service Desk Analyst at Pomeroy, and Customer Service Advocate at Blackboard. Faith began a career in technology while managing computer labs as an ACC Lab Operator at Winthrop University. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from Winthrop University and ongoing studies toward a Master of Science in Cybersecurity/IT Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
