Scott Johnson has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Communications Electronics Maintenance Officer in the Marine Corps. Scott then joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate in 2012, before transitioning to ProSoDel as a Consultant in 2015. In 2016, they became a Senior Business Process Analyst at RTL Networks. Currently, Scott is an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Scott Johnson obtained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Villanova University in June 2016. Previously, in June 2009, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Coastal Carolina Community College.
