Saskia Van Gulick

Director Benelux, Baltics & Nordics at RTL AdConnect

Saskia Van Gulick has a strong background in sales and business development with experience spanning over two decades. Saskia currently holds the position of Director Benelux, Baltics & Nordics at RTL AdConnect since January 2017. In this role, they manage the Benelux and Nordics office and Nordic agents while also developing new markets in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Saskia has consistently achieved annual targets and exceeded them, with a significant portion of revenue coming from organic growth. Saskia's responsibilities include developing and implementing strategy, sales, and coaching existing and new agents in Northern Europe.

Prior to their current role, Saskia worked at RTL Group from 2012 onwards. During this time, they served as the Head of international sales and business development Nordics IP Network, where they were responsible for the Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian markets. Saskia focused on developing the Scandinavian market through joint ventures with local TV stations.

Earlier in their career, Saskia held positions at IP Network/RTL Group as an International Sales Manager & business development for the Netherlands and Scandinavia, at MTV Networks as a Key Account Manager, at TCP as VP Marketing & Sales in the UK and Netherlands, at Direktbank as a Product Manager, and at Banque de Neuflize, Schlumberger et Mallet as an Analyste de Credit for the Paris office.

Throughout their career, Saskia has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic abilities, as well as a strong track record of achieving targets and fostering client relationships.

Saskia Van Gulick completed a short-term program in Digital Marketing: Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics at Columbia Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Saskia also attended the Amsterdamse Academie, where they pursued studies in the International School of Finance & Banking industry. Additionally, Saskia has studied French Language and Literature at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
