Nicole Haman has a diverse work experience in the media and advertising industry. Nicole is currently serving as the Global Digital Sales Director at RTL AdConnect, where they oversee sales and operations for multiple TV channels, streaming services, radio stations, and online platforms across Europe. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at We Are Era Nordics (formerly United Screens), a video-first media company, where they focused on driving commercial success and managing partnerships with creators on various social media platforms. Nicole also had a significant tenure at Google, where they held roles such as Industry Head and Industry Manager, focusing on sales in the retail, FMCG, media, and entertainment sectors. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Carat in various roles, including Account Director and TV Planner/Strategist. Additionally, Nicole has been actively involved in industry initiatives, serving as a member of IAB Europe's Brand Advertising Committee.
Nicole Haman studied Marketing at IHM Business School from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a Bcom degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of Ottawa in 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Additionally, Nicole has obtained two additional certifications. In October 2019, they completed the "Leadership Lab: Designing an Ambidextrous Organization" course at Bertelsmann University. In December 2018, they completed the "Bättre arbetsmiljö (BAM) grundkurs i arbetsmiljö" course, though the institution where they obtained that certification is unknown.
