Soham Yande is a Senior Health Outcomes Scientist at RTI Health Solutions since September 2022, following extensive academic and professional experience in health outcomes research. Prior roles include Lead Teaching Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy, where engagement included leadership as President of the ISPOR University of Houston Student Chapter. Soham's internship experience includes contributions at Merck, focusing on budget impact and cost-effectiveness analyses of Pneumococcal vaccinations, and at Gilead Sciences, developing study protocols and research abstracts. Soham holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Health Outcomes and Policy from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Bombay College of Pharmacy. Additional experiences include editorial roles and committee memberships at ISPOR, along with managerial and intern positions in the pharmaceutical industry.
