Michael Schweizer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resource Consultant with a robust career spanning over two decades in various HR roles. Since October 2013, Michael has operated as a self-employed consultant, managing recruiting processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Prior to this, Michael served as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at The Coca-Cola Company, overseeing employee relations for 70,000 employees across multiple locations in North America. Additional experience includes positions such as Interim Director of Human Resources at Horizon Bay Retirement Living, Division Human Resources Manager at APAC Southeast, Inc., and Director of Human Resources and Safety at Tilt-Con Corporation. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
