Michael Wachtmann has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Michael began their career as a Network Engineer - MCSE at Data Eclipse Computers. In 2005, they were appointed MIS Manager - North America at Haulotte Group, where they were responsible for all divisions and offices in the US and Canada. In 2011, they joined RTC Communications-Rochester as IT Manager, where they were responsible for an ISP providing IP telephone, video (TV), wireless and high speed internet. In 2014, they were promoted to VP Technology Solutions at RTC Communications-Rochester.

Michael Wachtmann is currently studying Aerospace Engineering at Tri-State University.
