Emily Bailey has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving in a technical sales and support role at RTC Communications-Rochester since April 2004. Prior to this position, Emily worked as an Internet System Administrator at Pulaski White Rural Telephone Cooperative from 2000 to 2004. Emily holds a degree from the University of Notre Dame, attended from 1995 to 1999, and completed secondary education at Marian High School.
