Amit Kansal has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology sector. Amit is currently working as the Director of Engineering at RtBrick Inc since April 2023. Previously, they held the position of General Manager Technology at ACT FIBERNET from May 2018 to April 2023, where they led the IP networks team for one of the largest ISPs in India. Before that, they worked at Juniper Networks for eight years starting from September 2010, where they served as a Sr. Software Engineering Manager. At Juniper Networks, they led a global team in developing and supporting critical routing infrastructure components used in routing and switching products. Prior to that, they held various managerial and engineering roles at Motorola, Network Associates, and Motorola India Electronics Limited.

Amit Kansal completed their B.E. degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 1995 to 1999. Amit later pursued further education and obtained an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Cornell University, from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, they participated in the Praxeum Crucible Leadership Program offered by Stillwater Consulting in 2022. Amit also holds several certifications, including "Guy Kawasaki on Turning Life Wisdom into Business Success" from LinkedIn, "Pragmatic System Design" from Udemy, "Data center essentials" from Udemy, and "AI for everyone" from Coursera.
