Ash Allen is a Support Engineer at RStudio. Ash has previous experience working as a Senior Analyst at TIBCO LogLogic, an IT Consultant at F.E. Associates, and an Infrastructure Analyst at Network Rail. Ash is responsible for the design, deployment, and support of the PPTE and DTE pre-production environments for 20+ concurrent projects, including Active Directory management and design, Oracle and MS SQL support, database administration, SAN management, VMWare vSphere management and solution design, Citrix XenServer support and solution design, Unix / Linux support and solution design, and solution architecture for internal projects. Ash is also a key member of the Detailed Solution Design and Physical Technology Model board, the Test and Development Change Management processes board, and the wider Network Rail Change Management board. Ash has experience working with 3rd party suppliers and contractors to ensure value for money and adherence to NR architectural guidelines. Ash is also a part of the wider NR IT Service Management team.

They work with Elliot Murphy - Senior Director of Engineering, Christophe Dervieux - Software Engineer, and Craig Manning - Software Engineer. Ash Allen reports to Ferit Albukrek, VP, Engineering.
