Peter Saunders is the Manager of Operations at RST Solutions. Peter has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, working in a variety of managerial positions.

Saunders began their career in 1999 as the Logistics Maintenance Manager for BHP Expat OTML. In this role, they were responsible for the company's line haul fleet, mid-range trucks, mobile cranes, light vehicle fleet, and OTML machine shop. Peter also oversaw the fabrication shops, HEM tyre shop, and town maintenance.

In 2006, Saunders left BHP to become the Maintenance Manager for National Mining Company. In this role, they built the company's maintenance department from the ground up, training Omanie national employees and putting together a team of maintenance workers.

Saunders left National Mining Company in 2008 to become the Project Manager for UMW PNG's MARC Hidden Valley Joint Venture. In this role, they oversaw the rebuild of the facility and associated works at the Hidden Valley minesite.

In February 2011, Saunders left UMW PNG to become the Manager of Operations at RST Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's operations and ensuring that they run smoothly.
