Jim Jaffery has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jim is currently the Head of Managed Services at RST Solutions Inc. since February 2022. Previously, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a JDE Functional Consultant at iSP3 Solution Providers Inc. Jim also served as a Management Consultant at Sagent Pharmaceuticals from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they were an Accenture Team Lead / Functional Consultant at Cenovus Energy from 2012 to 2015. Jim also worked as a Business Analyst at Lafarge from 2008 to 2012, and as a Business Systems Manager at UNALLOY-IWRC from 2006 to 2008. Jim held the position of Sr Business Analyst at Katz Group Canada Ltd. / Rexall Pharma Plus in 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst (IT Financial Systems) at Aegon from 2001 to 2006. Jim started their career as an Accounting Clerk at Transamerica Life Canada in 1998. Jim also gained experience as an Accounts Clerk/ Head Office Accounts at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank from 1996 to 1997.

Jim Jaffery obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Economics & Geography from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 1998 to 2010. In 2004, they attended CDI College in Toronto, completing a BA20 program focused on learning how to gather and document user requirements. That same year, they also attended the Polar Bear Institute to gain knowledge in Project Management Foundations and Frameworks. In 2001, they pursued studies related to the Fundamentals of Life & Health Insurance through FLMI 280 and FLMI 290 courses offered by LOMA. Additionally, Jim completed a Business Studies Certificate program in Business/Commerce, General from Seneca College between 1999 and 2000.
