Kristi Flores currently serves as the Growth Support Manager Lead at RSM US LLP, a position held since August 2019, after progressing through roles as Project Manager - Growth and Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. Prior to this, Kristi worked as an Accounting and Finance Recruiter at Sparks Group from July 2018 to August 2019 and as a Corporate Recruiter at Signify Health from July 2016 to July 2018. Kristi began their professional journey as a Volunteer Teacher for BECA (Bilingual Education for Central America) from October 2015 to June 2016. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from James Madison University, completed in 2014.
