Sara Carter is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing people and culture across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR Shared Services at RSM since October 2023, Sara oversees P&C Operations and a team of 9 professionals while enhancing data capabilities for employee and manager self-service. Previously, as a Senior People and Culture Partner at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Sara effectively managed operations and change management strategies for a workforce of over 850 employees. Other notable roles include Head of Human Resources Operations at ASX, Human Resources Project Manager at Munich Re, and General Manager People & Culture at Wavelength International. With a strong background in strategic HR initiatives, change management, and a focus on employee experience, Sara's expertise has consistently contributed to organizational growth and cultural alignment. Sara holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
