Justin Donnelly currently serves as the General Manager of Veteran Services at RSL LifeCare Limited, having previously held the position of Operations Manager in the same division. In this role, Justin is dedicated to enhancing strategic objectives and service delivery for veterans and their families. Prior to this, Justin spent over eleven years at the Australian Department of Defence, where roles included Operations Coordinator for the Australian Army, Team Leader, and Psychological Examiner. Responsibilities ranged from managing deployments and training of ADF personnel to facilitating knowledge transfer and enhancing policy related to psychological services. Justin holds a Master of Strategic People Management from UNSW and several diplomas in leadership, project management, and government from the Australian Defence College, alongside a Certificate IV in Business.
