Jono Harrison has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Jono started their career in 2003 as a Music Producer, working independently. In 2009, they joined the Academy of Contemporary Music as a Tutor, where they stayed until 2012. Jono then moved on to RSL Awards, where they held multiple roles. Jono started as a Music Composer/Arranger in 2015 and eventually became the Head of Graded Music and Syllabus Manager. Jono Harrison has been with RSL Awards since 2015.

Jono Harrison attended Imberhorne Secondary School from 1995 to 2000, where they completed their GCSE's. Jono then enrolled in Lingfield Notre Dame School from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained their A Levels. Subsequently, Jono pursued higher education at the Academy of Contemporary Music from 2002 to 2005, where they completed a Higher National Diploma or Degree, though the specific field of study is not specified.
