George Wilkinson is a highly experienced Senior Ecologist and Ornithologist currently with RSK Biocensus, responsible for addressing ecological constraints in transport, residential, commercial, and energy sector projects both in the UK and overseas. George has held various ecological roles, including positions as a Consultant Ecologist at RSK Biocensus, RPS, and AECOM, where involvement included conducting ecological surveys and leading studies on breeding and wintering birds. Earlier career experiences involved freelance and student roles at Wychwood Environmental Ltd and Verdant Ecology, with a focus on assisting with protected species surveys and ecological assessments. George holds an MSc in Species Identification and Survey Skills from the University of Reading and a BSc (Hons) in Biology from the University of Bristol.
