Jiny Rajan has extensive experience in sales, customer service, and product merchandising, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Team Lead Sales and ESG and Customer Service Manager at RSJ Inspection® since April 2012, Jiny Rajan focuses on creating client value through consistent engagement and attention to detail, as well as identifying proactive solutions for client challenges. Previous roles include Market Representative at William E Connor and Associates, where Jiny Rajan collaborated with vendors on product lines and competitive pricing strategies, and Senior Merchandiser and Merchandiser positions at J and J buying and American Pacific Enterprises, respectively. Jiny Rajan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Textile Technology from MSU.
