Philippe Beucher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Philippe is currently the Founder and CEO of RSight, where they focus on providing a unique recruitment experience using the latest technologies and Artificial Intelligence. Philippe is also a Member of Hub France IA, an association that promotes the growth of the French and European AI ecosystem.

Prior to their current roles, Philippe worked at Accenture as the Managing Director Accenture Operations - Danubia Region, where they provided professional services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations. Philippe was also a Core Member at ABSL Romania, an association that promotes the development of the business services industry in Romania.

Earlier in their career, Philippe held leadership positions at Capgemini as the CEO of Capgemini Romania and the Chief Sales Officer of Capgemini Romania. Philippe also served as an Executive Manager and Business Unit Manager at ALTEN Romania and B2i Romania, respectively. Philippe's career began at Scotler Romania, where they worked as the General Manager and focused on software engineering services.

Throughout their career, Philippe has demonstrated their expertise and ability to drive innovation, develop strategies, and improve performance for various organizations.

Philippe Beucher obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they have acquired certifications in "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn in June 2023 and in "IBM Cognos Foundational Sales Professional Certification: A 'Corporate Performance Management' Certification" from IBM Software Group in May 2010.
