Jessica Kerr is currently serving as the Senior Manager for Learning and Organizational Development at RSI since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Managing Director of Academic Coaching and Student Success at Kansas State University from June 2018 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Curriculum Specialist and Literacy Coach at USD 475 from August 2016 to May 2017, as well as a Teacher, Curriculum Designer, and Literacy Leader at Chicago Public Schools from 2005 to 2010. Jessica is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Leadership Communications at Kansas State University, with an expected completion date in August 2025. Additionally, Jessica holds a Master of Science (MS) in Curriculum and Instruction from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in English Language and Literature, General, Education from the University of Illinois Chicago.
