With a background in managing subcontractors, problem-solving, and reading blueprints, Richard has a solid foundation in the field. Prior to their construction roles, Richard worked as a Freight Conductor at Norfolk Southern Railroad. Richard graduated from DeVry University with an Associate degree in Telecommunications Management.
