Carmen E. Sclafani has over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, starting as a Group Representative at Phoenix Home Life in 1991. Over the years, they have held various leadership roles, including Vice President at Willis Towers Watson and Senior Vice President at USI Insurance Services. Most recently, they served as Senior Director of Client Service & Operations at Risk Strategies Company. Throughout their career, Carmen has demonstrated expertise in account management, new business development, and client service.
