Cecilia Murtagh Marinier serves as Vice President and Cybersecurity Advisor for the RSA Conference since June 2014, where responsibilities include managing technology innovation, venture investment, and talent scouting programs globally, as well as overseeing the Innovation Sandbox, a prominent cybersecurity innovation award. In addition, Cecilia co-founded CABRICO, an independent strategy consulting practice focused on cybersecurity. Cecilia's prior experience includes serving as the Subject Matter Expert Network Manager for Monitor Group/Monitor 360, advising the US Intelligence Community on geopolitical and technology issues post-9/11. Other roles include marketing chair for the Inforum at The Commonwealth Club of California and outreach consultant for the OneVoice Movement, focusing on fundraising and development. Cecilia holds an MPA in Management from Columbia University's SIPA and a BA in Political Science and Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
