Shannon Castonguay is a seasoned insurance professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a National Commercial Auto PD Adjuster at RSA Canada since February 2008, Shannon has held various positions, including Automotive Claims Adjuster, Agency Accounts Examiner, CSR National Billing Team, and Administrative Assistant. Prior experience includes working as a Sublimation Operator at Niko Apparel Systems.
