Francis Robert Delos Santos is an experienced Application Developer currently working at RS2 Software plc since January 2021. Previously, Francis served as a Junior Developer and QA Automation Analyst at The Citco Group Limited from November 2018 to January 2021. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Bulacan State University, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2018.
