Kristina Richter currently serves as the Director of Analytics at RREAF Holdings since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst at JLL from June 2021 to August 2023 and as a Brokerage Analyst and Intern at the same company. Kristina began a career in real estate with a Research Intern position at the Texas Real Estate Research Center and worked as a Property Tax Complex Consultant at Ryan. Prior to these roles, marketing responsibilities were managed at WestMark Commercial, which included generating various marketing materials and utilizing design software. Kristina holds a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Finance with a focus on Real Estate from Texas Tech University.
