Reto Wenger is a Co-Founder and Chief Operation Officer at rready, providing SaaS solutions to support companies in unleashing the potential of their employees. Reto is also a Co-Founder at Kickbox.org, a non-profit association. Previously, Reto worked at Swisscom as the Co-Founder and Head of Product Lab, GETKICKBOX, and as an Open Innovation Developer. Reto also served as a Co-Lecturer at SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie and ETH Zurich, and held positions at OneFit Switzerland AG and HUBER+SUHNER. Reto holds a Master of Arts in Business Innovation and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen.
