Ellen LaFountain is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and client relations, primarily at RR Donnelley from 1999 to 2018. Starting as a Product Specialist, Ellen progressed to Support Manager, and later served as Implementation Manager and Lead Integration Specialist, where responsibilities included managing customer onboarding, overseeing project phases, and ensuring quality deliverables. Ellen holds a BA in Business Administration from Benedictine University and multiple certifications in project management and software, including a PMP/CAPM certification and MS Project training. Additionally, Ellen is a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. Currently, Ellen is retired since May 2018.
