Laurel Lemon currently serves as Supply Chain Manager at Robotic Research since August 2022. Previously, Laurel held various positions at Alarm.com from October 2015 to March 2022, including Production Manager - Supply Chain, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing manufacturing operations and developing strategic production initiatives. Prior roles at Alarm.com included Lead - Supply Chain, focusing on managing parts transitions and collaborating on product releases, and Operations Associate - Supply Chain, where introduction of new camera products led to significant sales. Earlier experience includes Associate Manager - Product Development & Sourcing at Avon and Assistant Manager - Product Development & Brand Management at Toys R Us, with expertise in vendor management, product development, and market analysis. Laurel is an alumna of Bryn Mawr College.
