Nicole Ayers serves as Associate General Counsel at R&R Realty Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ayers worked as an Associate Attorney at Wasker, Dorr, Wimmer & Marcouiller, P.C. from March 2019 to June 2023 and previously held the same title at Hastings, Gartin & Boettger from June 2017 to March 2019. Legal experience includes judicial law clerkship with the State of Iowa from August 2015 to May 2017, a volunteer position with the Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence in early 2015, and various internships and externships, including with the Federal Public Defender and the U.S. Attorney's Office. Ayers earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Iowa College of Law and holds Bachelor degrees in Law, Politics, & Society and Psychology from Drake University.
