Kaden Symes is currently a Human Resources Coordinator at R&R Partners, having previously served as a Human Resources Intern. Kaden gained valuable experience at Whittier College, where roles included Academic Mentorship Intern, responsible for managing student academic performance and successfully addressing Academic Probation, and Admissions Ambassador, conducting tours and organizing confidential paperwork. Additional experience includes working as a Customer Support Engineer at Iridium, where process documentation and troubleshooting were key responsibilities, and serving as CEC Intern at Whittier Wellness Clinic, producing promotional videos. Kaden also held the position of Associate Design Director for The Greenleaf Review, overseeing design and proofreading processes. Kaden holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Whittier College and a High School Diploma from Kents Hill School.
