Fidan Mammadli currently serves as the Head of Human Capital Department at AzInTelecom and as a university lecturer specializing in Human Resource Management at Azerbaijan State University of Economics since February 2024. With extensive experience in various HR roles, Fidan contributes as an HR Business Partner at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, overseeing strategic projects and implementing performance management systems. Previous positions include roles at Arsis Global Consulting as a Talent Acquisition Professional, Umid Babek Operating Company as a Human Resources Specialist, and several others. Fidan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Counselling from Eötvös Loránd University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Languages.
