Jessica Manton is a Learning and Development Designer at RQI Partners, LLC, since July 2022, focusing on the development of International Resuscitation Quality Improvement Portfolios and staff education through LMS course creation. Prior to this role, Jessica served as an Instructional Resource Specialist at SMART Technologies, creating secondary instructional resources for the Lumio eLearning platform. Jessica's teaching experience includes positions as an Agriculture Teacher within Wake County Public School System, Adjunct Instructor at Living Arts College, Integrated Learning Specialist at Belmont Charter Network, and STEM Teacher for the School District of Philadelphia, among others. Jessica holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Leadership from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a Master of Science in Tropical Conservation Biology from the University of Hawai‘i System.
