Zhenglyu Lyu is a skilled Project Engineer specializing in hydraulics at RQAW | DCCM since April 2023, where responsibilities include developing drainage studies and reports along with computing hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, as well as designing various drainage-related structures. Prior to this role, Zhenglyu Lyu served as a Civil Associate focused on drainage at Michael Baker International from January 2019, assisting in the design of highway stormwater drainage systems and managing regulatory permitting. Zhenglyu Lyu holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Hydrology and Hydraulics from Purdue University, obtained between 2016 and 2018, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects from Northeast Agricultural University completed in 2016.
