Ulrike Judy (nee Louw) currently serves as a Quality Control Manager at RQ Construction, LLC since January 2024 and also works as a consultant at Von Tschudi Consulting LLC since May 2023. Previously, Ulrike Judy held various positions at Manson Construction Co. from May 2009 to April 2023, including Assistant Project Manager for significant projects such as the $51M Blount Island Marine Terminal Rehabilitation and the $28M Rehoboth Beach Ocean Outfall, where Ulrike Judy managed contracts and quality control systems. Additional roles at Manson Construction included Project Manager, Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, Field Engineer, and Estimator in the Dredging Division. Earlier experience includes positions as a Help Desk Consultant and Horseback Riding Instructor, alongside internships during academic studies. Ulrike Judy graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering in 2009.
