Pavan Barthur is a seasoned project manager currently leading initiatives at rProcess since September 2021. Prior to this role, Pavan served as an assistant manager at IBM Global Business Services from March 2007 to July 2016, where responsibilities included managing projects and driving team performance. Pavan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from SBRR Mahajana First Grade College, Jayalakshmipuram, completed between May 2000 and April 2003.
