Ryan O'Donoghue is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technology and customer support roles. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support and Infrastructure at RPMGlobal since July 2022, Ryan oversees global teams responsible for delivering customer support, infrastructure, and cloud services, alongside managing internal Corporate IT functions. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at eHealth Queensland, culminating in the role of Director of Service Integration for Business Applications, where leadership was provided for health information and technology management systems. With a background that includes significant positions in organizations such as Queensland Health, QBE European Operations, Allen & Overy, London Fire Brigade, and Boeing, Ryan's expertise spans technical operations, service delivery, and project management.
