Richard Aquino, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at RPM Living since February 2023, previously holding the position of HR Manager - Employee Relations. Prior to this role, Richard was with Wayfair as Manager of Talent Management from August 2021 to February 2023 and spent over seven years at Niagara Bottling, where Richard worked as Sr Regional HR Manager and HR Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resource Specialist at HMSHost, an Operations Coordinator at SourceRight Solutions, and an HR Support/Coordinator at Lafarge Cement. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Washington State University, awarded in 2008.
